This season we can offer guests two options:
1. Our two B&B suites, Montrose and Turret Suites and these are ideal
who enjoy daily Continential B&B service in their suites or out in the courtyards. Both have
Queen beds and ensuite facilities.
2. Our self-contained Chardonnay Suite that is perfect for longer stays.
Our 2011/2012 rates are designed to encourage longer bookings with
substantial discounts. These are ideal for UK and North American guests wanting to escape harsh
winters and enjoy the benefits of a New Zealand Summer, and for New Zealand guests who would enjoy a
waterfront studio as a summer retreat.

Harbour makes The Point an ideal location for sea and sun. The Pacific Ocean with swiming and
surf only 10 minutes away plus big game fishing, diving, sailing and cruising and we are happy to make
recommendations.

A luxury vineyard lodge in the Bay of Plenty featuring
great wines? Anne and Kerry have been inspired by the cuisine and style of France to
create this special courtyard lodge and vineyard.
They were in France for the vintage since 2004.Guests sample our wine and olives. Herbs from our kitchen garden compliment
the use of seasonal local produce such as avocados, kiwifruit, strawberries and fresh vegetables of all types.
The Bay of Plenty offers some of the finest produce plus fish from the ocean.

The lodge has a number of private courtyards with furniture, umbrellas and
barbecue while the lawn and trees offer a shady spot for our sun loungers, a glass of wine or beer and a good book. Walkers will enjoy
the Tuapiro point walkway or maybe to go exploring on our mountain bikes.
If you wish to get out on the harbour we have kayaks, Laser yachts and a dinghy. Or for the surf body boards, sun unbrellas and beach chairs.
Fishing trips can be arranged.
